In collaboration with Honolulu Museum’s 9th annual Surf Film Festival, join Anna Trent Moore – writer, filmmaker, daughter of legendary big wave surfing pioneer Buzzy Trent, and curator of the Bud Browne Surfing Film Archives, for a film screening and talk story with Trim Magazine editor Matt Luttrell. Anna will talk about the eras of surfing from the 50’s-70’s that were captured on film by creator of the surf film genre Bud Browne. The evening will also share rare archival footage of the Golden Period of surfing.
